The screen lock N9 if scanning is simply some window four shortcuts pop-up at the bottom for quick consumption, but there is no way to change... until now. Enter shortcuts app N9, who will be happy to know that it's free. Shortcuts to change the buttons on the lock screen on the quick start on Nokia N9.
All you need to do is just hold on application pinned to the quick start screen and drag it to the shortcut bar. All this is done!
