Out of respect for Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, Google and Samsung decide to hold off their first smartphone based on Android “Ice Cream Sandwich” OS.Rightly so, as the digital world mourns the passing of a great man, this would overshadow the product launch which are usually expected to be festive events.

Android: Google to protect children against inappropriate content

Google is the factor of the age of its Android applications for the protection of children and young people with inappropriate content. Android developer Eric Chu, wrote blog Android, said: "we will be be showing the ratings of content for all applications on the Android market.  "The rules on the content remains the same as that of previously: applications will be evaluated in accordance with the four levels of classification: all Pre-teen, mature and Teen."
