Android applications to 500 k and climbing

In September, Google Android, reported more than 500000 published applications.

However, more than 37% of published library has been deleted for various reasons. In comparison with the Apple App Store 600 000 have been published, only 24% of the requests will be deleted.
But even with the difference in numbers Android publishers were much more productive with their time than publishers of iOS.
