Who Says Flash is Dead on Mobile? Not Mozilla

After Adobe announced that Flash would no longer be supported on mobile devices, it was thought the slow death of Flash had begun.  In a surprise twist, Mozilla, the makers of popular the browser FireFox will continue Flash support in the mobile version of their software.

That’s right, Mozilla is releasing nightly builds of their browser for your favourite Android device.  Although still buggy at this point, it’s only a matter of time before it’s running smoothly for all your Flashy goodness.

Mobile Android tablet powers not-so-mobile 65″ touch screen

ARDIC Technology is a startup whose recent video showcases a new prototype system that lets you interact with Android on a 65” screen
Using 10-inch Android tablet that powers a larger 65-inch display. The tablet utilizes a NVIDIA Tegra 2 chipset, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of flash storage, front and rear-facing cameras, HDMI, USB, a microSD slot, and both 3G and WiFi for connectivity. This in turn is connected to the larger, touchscreen monitor and audio using HDMI and video dock, touch data is sent via USB.

Basic touch input is available on the current prototype; advanced multi-touch gestures is planned for the next version.
